Coach’s Notes: Barry came out for the first time last year. He liked running and wanted to see how he could do on the team. He learned a lot his first season about what is needed in terms of training and commitment and running a steady, hard race. Now that he has the foundation, it will be interesting to see if he puts the miles in over the summer. If he does, he has a shot at a real jump in terms of his PR times. We are hoping to see a renewed level of effort and commitment this fall!
